2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Providing and maintaining the RailMind platform.
- Improving service reliability and performance.
- Communicating important service updates and security notices.
- Complying with legal obligations.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- End-to-end encryption for all data in transit (TLS 1.3).
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
- SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure.
- Regular third-party security audits and penetration testing.
- Role-based access controls and audit logging.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage and performance metrics are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@railmind.dev.
5. Third-Party Services
RailMind integrates with third-party LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta) to process your inference requests. Your data is transmitted to these providers only as necessary to fulfill your requests, subject to their respective privacy policies. We never share your data for advertising purposes.

- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RailMind services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using RailMind on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
RailMind provides an AI governance and automation platform that includes deterministic output enforcement, intelligent model routing, real-time observability, and autonomous maintenance capabilities. Services are provided "as-is" with commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content and data you process through RailMind.
- You must not use RailMind for any unlawful purpose or to process data you do not have the right to process.
- You must secure your API keys and access credentials.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the service.
4. Intellectual Property
RailMind's open source components are licensed under Apache License 2.0. Proprietary features and the RailMind brand are the intellectual property of RailMind, Inc. You retain all rights to your data and custom schemas.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RailMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service interface at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
